ABOUT ME
Dave
Hanson
All-American focuses on specialized training and triathlon coaching among many other facets of health and nutrition. We have over 25 years of accredited experience in developing and implementing meaningful fitness training. Honing all abilities through serving in the military, Dave was consistently called upon to develop training plans geared at preparing soldiers to fight in hostile environments, creating the most physically fit soldiers in the world. He is now able to use this knowledge and apply it to his personal training and triathlon coaching, combining it with his own personal experience and working with many people in the industry. In 2016 he was chosen to work with Sylvia Hoeks for Blade Runner 2049.
Over the years Dave has coached international level triathletes as well as people who go through rehabilitation, have specific training goals, nutrition coaching and individualized training for running, cycling, swimming and strength and conditioning.
My Training History
I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years, originally beginning training Military Soldiers whilst serving in the US Army. I have been a Triathlete for 10 years and have been training triathletes for just over 5.
If there was one thing in this world which I could do for the rest of my life, it would be this. There is nothing better then helping people reach goals, smash potential and raise the bar higher then they ever thought they could.
I have participated in over 30 races in my career as a triathlete all over the country, and soon to be participating in World Wide races. Each race is a new experiences, teaching you something different about the sport or about yourself.
Personal Training is my biggest passion. I have the best seat in the house to watch my clients grow physically and mentally, loving themselves for what their bodies can do more and more everyday.
I have taken aspects of my military career into my Coaching life and it has changed my training methods in the best way possible, building resilient people, mentally fit and physically tough people and showing them how to appretiate and love their bodies, mindset and selves.

Not one person has the same body, therefore not all people can train the same, have the same mentality, lifestyle or physical and mental capabilities. Therefore, not one of our training plans will ever be the same. Each plan carefully considers your goals, your lifestyle, your nutrition and your mentality, to best deliver the ultimate training plan and smash your goals, rise your potential and transform your body, attitude and mind.
